Beth Trice Carmean is a proud lifelong resident of Caroline County whose dedication to service and community runs deep. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and Navy spouse, she brings a unique perspective shaped by commitment, resilience, and loyalty. Beth holds a Master’s degree in Chesapeake Colonial History from Salisbury University, which gives her a deep appreciation for the region’s past and a thoughtful approach to aligning today’s resources with evolving needs. She has served on the Caroline County Agricultural Preservation Advisory Board for eight years, including three as chairman, championing the protection of local farmland. Professionally, Beth has worked as an educator with Caroline County Schools and Chesapeake College, helping shape the lives of both youth and career-seeking adults. She is currently a certified senior medical coder, significantly contributing to the delivery of high quality healthcare through complex regulation navigation, accurate documentation, and dynamic record keeping, both on the local level and nationally. Beth also locally coaches high school girls soccer and wrestling, empowering young athletes both on and off the field. She lives outside of Preston with her husband, two daughters, and a lively group of rescued animals, including horses, dogs, and cats, further reflecting her compassion and commitment to community.

She is focused on empowering the community through education about the vital role wills play in protecting families, preserving legacies, and ensuring peace of mind during life’s transitions.
